If you have used the card in the last 6 months, we will issue you a new card.
We notify you via SMS from which branch you can pick it up, but you can also request it at home and we send it by courier. If you prefer to pick it up from another branch, you can request the card transfer to the new branch in 2 ways:
❶⠀you introduce yourself in Unità BT where do you want to pick up the card;
❷⠀you send us a message via BT contact form;
Of course! 😃 You can choose a BT card in Euro as follows:
➤⠀if you are an individual you have Mastercard Direct or virtual card in EURO, which you can issue from BT Pay.
➤⠀and if you are a legal entity, Mastercard Business it's for you. 😉
You press on "More" from the BT Pay app's homescreen – from there you choose the option "Issue a card for someone else". The card will be attached to the same account as your own card.
