As before, all customers are welcome at our branches and agencies. Between 9:00 and 11:00, as a sign of solidarity, we give priority to senior customers. 

For everyone’s safety, during this period we recommend that customers come to BT only for urgent transactions or those that cannot be done in any other way. Our hours are 9:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with a disinfection break from 13:00 to 13:30, and you can find more details here.
