We hope you’ve got through this period okay — we know it’s been tough in every respect, and we’re all still adapting.

Throughout this time we’ve kept more than 450 branches open, and our banking apps and call center have been available around the clock. We’re now returning to normal branch hours — the exception is branches in shopping centers, which will continue to follow mall opening times.

If you need to visit a BT branch, please bear in mind it may be busier than usual — especially due to additional safety measures and because many customers who postponed transactions in recent months are now coming to the bank. We have been, and remain, here whenever you need us. We’re just a click away online, or directly via Facebook Messenger, anytime. And don’t forget our call center, which operates 24/7.

We’re doing everything we can to support BT customers with any product, transaction or payment — but we do recommend handling as much as possible remotely, online. It’s simpler and faster.

We just wanted to say we’re still here, through all this.
