Banca Transilvania supports the acquisition of Pall-Ex România by the Romanian investment fund BoldMind Capital Partners, through financing that provides a substantial part of the resources required for the transaction of over EUR 25 million.

Through this transaction, BT is contributing to the development of a relevant player in Romania’s logistics infrastructure, as well as at regional level. Pall-Ex România is part of one of the most extensive European networks for the distribution of palletised goods and has significant growth prospects, especially in cross-border services, on the back of intensifying trade across the region.

For Banca Transilvania, this financing is another opportunity to support investments that help develop the economy and connect companies in Romania to international trade flows. At the same time, the transaction strengthens BT’s role as a partner for M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects.

BoldMind is an investment fund launched in 2025, focused on growth and consolidation opportunities in Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia.
