• The physical BT Visa UNTOLD card with OLED technology — a first for Romania — can be ordered in the BT Pay app by 31 July 2025 by those who registered online in the campaign run in March–April 2025.
  
  
• The digital version of the card, launched in 2023, will automatically update its design in the period ahead to align with the UNTOLD 2025 festival theme, Pasărea Colibri.
  
  
• For customers who did not register online for the OLED version of the card, the bank offers the physical card in the standard, non‑OLED variant. It must also be requested via BT Pay, without a deadline.
  
  
• BT Visa UNTOLD is a RON-denominated debit card, with benefits specific to each of the three versions: the physical card — OLED or standard — or the virtual card.
  
  

Banca Transilvania, UNTOLD’s official bank, is starting to issue the BT Visa UNTOLD Card with OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode technology) for people who pre-registered online during March–April 2025 and request the card, via the BT Pay app, by 31 July 2025 (Card issuance/UNTOLD category). The card will be delivered to the address chosen by the customer or can be picked up from one of the Banca Transilvania branches they select.

Launched by Banca Transilvania, UNTOLD and Visa and manufactured in the United States by IDEMIA Secure Transactions, the BT Visa UNTOLD card is a first in Romania and among the first OLED-enabled cards in the world. Thanks to the integrated technology, the card lights up with every contactless payment, delivering a unique visual payment experience. It also comes with exclusive benefits and a sense of belonging to the UNTOLD community.

The BT Visa UNTOLD digital card, in the UNTOLD 2025 theme, Pasărea Colibri

For Banca Transilvania customers who already have the BT Visa UNTOLD digital card, the animated design will change automatically and, for one year, will adopt the festival’s 2025 theme, Pasărea Colibri. So far, the design has been inspired by the Mother Nature (UNTOLD 2024) and Light Phoenix (UNTOLD 2023) concepts. Card benefits include: access to private sales campaigns for purchasing UNTOLD tickets, 5% off UNTOLD products bought at the festival and on official accommodation offered by the festival, as well as 4% off stays via Booking.com when paid with the BT Visa UNTOLD card.
