Banca Transilvania has received the top Vektor score for investor relations, following the assessment by the ARIR (Romanian Investor Relations Association). This is the third consecutive year in which BT has scored 10 out of 10 for communication with one of its most important stakeholder groups.

Vektor is the investor relations indicator for listed companies in Romania and is displayed on the company page on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) website. First conducted in 2019, the assessment covers 15 assessment criteria and was audited again this year by Mazars.

Banca Transilvania has over 33,000 shareholders and more than 70% Romanian capital. It was the first bank in Romania to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in 1997, and is the longest-standing constituent in the history of BET, having been part of the index for almost 20 years. In addition to the BVB website, BT’s main channels for communicating with shareholders include the Investor Relations platform on the bank’s website and regular online meetings.

Recently, the bank published its financial communication calendar for this year. The next events are the release of the preliminary annual financial results on 25 February, followed by a conference call to present them on 1 March.
