Banca Transilvania and Endeavor Romania are launching a strategic partnership to connect entrepreneurs to international markets and Romanian business communities in Europe and the United States, with the aim of accelerating companies’ expansion into new markets.

The partnership includes two programs, to be implemented in five countries from 2026 to 2027:

• Beyond Borders supports Romanian companies that are ready to explore international markets and take concrete steps toward scaling up. The program includes immersion sessions in key markets, with editions planned in Madrid in September 2026, Athens in October 2026, and Istanbul in 2027.
  
  
• Diaspora Gatherings connects Romanian companies with Romanian business communities in key international markets. The program is designed to make the experience, expertise, and networks built across global markets more accessible to entrepreneurs interested in international expansion, with meetings planned in New York in December 2026 and London in May 2027.

As more Romanian entrepreneurs take steps toward international expansion, it is natural for us to stand by them in this next stage of development. We have grown together and built success stories in Romania, and we can continue to contribute to their growth beyond our borders.
