Banca Transilvania is supporting the development of PRIMA Solis, the first high-end project in eastern Bucharest, with EUR 37 million in financing for PRIMA Development Group.

Strong demand for PRIMA Solis has been evident from the first development stage, announced by PRIMA Development Group earlier this year: just six months after sales began, almost half of the apartments in the project’s first phase have already been purchased. 

PRIMA Solis is designed as an urban regeneration project that will help transform an important area of Bucharest and support the development of a new community. Built to the nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standard, it will provide future residents with solutions for lower energy consumption and a higher level of comfort. Once completed, the residential development will comprise nearly 1,700 apartments, over 1,000 parking spaces, retail space and other amenities.
