Banca Transilvania, UNTOLD and Visa are launching the BT Visa UNTOLD Card in physical form. It is unique in Romania and among the first cards worldwide that lights up with every contactless payment, a visual effect made possible by OLED technology (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) integrated into the card, and it is manufactured by IDEMIA Secure Transactions.

The new card blends artistic design with technological innovation, offering users a distinctive experience both at the UNTOLD festival and in everyday life, and is also a symbol of belonging to the UNTOLD community.

Initially launched in August 2023 as a digital card, the physical card will be a limited edition of 10,000 and is now available for pre-registration on Banca Transilvania’s website until April 15, 2025. Cards will be issued after the offer is accepted, with priority given to those who registered during the pre-registration period.

BT Visa UNTOLD – key features: 

• It is a debit card in RON that can be used for any occasion: for in-store or online purchases, cash withdrawals, etc.
• The physical version with OLED technology will be part of a package of exclusive benefits, which will be communicated at the official launch.
• The digital version can continue to be used via the BT Pay app. Starting in August 2025, it will also feature a design inspired by the UNTOLD X 2025 anniversary edition. Until now, the design has been inspired by the themes UNTOLD Light Phoenix (2023) and Mother Nature (2024).
