Banca Transilvania is expanding the BT Pay ecosystem by adding BT Pensii to the companies whose services can be accessed in the app, alongside the bank, BT Asset Management and BT Direct.

From now on, people who want to save through voluntary pensions (Pillar 3) — Pensia Mea and Pensia Mea Plus, managed by BT Pensii — can do so in BT Pay as well. The new feature is available in the app, under Investments.

What the new BT Pay feature means for Banca Transilvania customers:

• An easy start to saving: customers can enrol 100% online, in less than two minutes, in Pensia Mea and/or Pensia Mea Plus.
  
  
• Easy money management: the monthly contribution is set directly in the app as a recurring payment. The money will be transferred automatically from the current account opened with Banca Transilvania, each month, on the day chosen by the customer. The minimum contribution is 60 lei per month for Pensia Mea and 50 lei per month for Pensia Mea Plus; the monthly contribution can be changed at any time, also in BT Pay.
  
  
• Access to information about contributions: the total amount accumulated, contribution history, investment return and the number of fund units held.
  
  

The amount accumulated in the Pensia Mea and/or Pensia Mea Plus fund complements the state pension and the mandatory private pension, providing an additional source of income.

BT Pensii is the only Romanian company in the voluntary pensions market and one of the largest voluntary pension administrators in Romania.
