BT Capital Partners, the investment banking and capital markets arm of Banca Transilvania Financial Group, brokered the listing of the third FIDELIS retail government bond issue of 2021.

The third FIDELIS retail government bond issue launched in 2021 was listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on October 7 this year and can be bought or sold at any time through authorised intermediaries.

Between September 13 and October 1 this year, individual investors put more than RON 940 million into government securities issued by the Ministry of Finance under the FIDELIS programme, with maturities of 1 and 3 years for the RON‑denominated bonds and 5 years for those denominated in euro. The Ministry of Finance raised RON 650.5 million and EUR 59 million, i.e. RON 943 million – EUR 190.5 million, through the fifth primary public offering of retail government securities carried out over the past 15 months on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The FIDELIS primary public offering of government securities was intermediated by the syndicate consisting of BT Capital Partners (Lead Manager and Intermediary) and Banca Transilvania (Distribution Group) and Banca Comerciala Romana and BRD - Groupe Societe Generale (Intermediaries).
