Banca Transilvania customers now have access to a new online payment experience, Pay with BT Pay/Plătește cu BT Pay, which significantly streamlines payments, completing them in just a few seconds.

The Pay with BT Pay option is intended both for users of the BT Pay app and for merchants that have implemented on their own websites and apps Banca Transilvania’s online payment processing solution, BTeComm.

The pilot phase has been successfully completed, and Pay with BT Pay is now available on almost 4,000 partner websites and apps. Most recently, festival organisers such as Electric Castle have joined; topping up the cashless wristband for payments at the event can also be done via Pay with BT Pay.

Faster, more flexible payments with BT Pay:

• Select Pay with BT Pay on the merchant’s checkout page;
• Choose the card to be charged in the BT Pay app; for Star cards, you also have the flexibility to choose how to pay — in full or in instalments — at merchants that are part of the bank’s Star loyalty program;
• Confirm the payment in the BT Pay app, with no need to enter card details.
