On St. Andrew’s Day and on December 1, most Banca Transilvania branches will be closed, with the following exceptions: those in malls and certain shopping centers. BT branches in Italy will be closed only on December 1.

• BT branches located in major shopping centers will be open between 12:00 and 19:00;
• only certain transactions will be available: issuing account statements; accepting requests for card issuance, card reissuance, PIN reissue, chargeback requests, changing card transaction limits, card issuance/delivery, activating BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, accepting payment orders, transfer instructions and foreign payment instructions based on a batch list, with processing on the next business day; currency exchange at the exchange desk;

 Alternative ways to pay and make transactions available to the bank’s customers are as follows:  

• BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
• BT24 Facturi
• ATMs
• E-mail Payments, SMS Payments and Facebook Payments (via BT24)
