Over 200,000 answers to questions about accounts, products and services at Banca Transilvania were provided to customers this year by the Livia from BT® chatbot via Facebook Messenger and Skype. The most requested information concerned current account balances, card transactions, IBANs, garnishments and installments on BT loans.
