Nearly 650,000 people visited the Intreb BT platform in the first six months of the year, a site that offers answers to almost 1,000 questions about services, products and operations. It is intended for those who want to better understand banking, make informed and responsible choices when they come to the bank, and know how to use banking products and services as effectively as possible.

The bank’s team continuously adds content to the Intreb BT platform, based on updates and other topics of interest to customers. The number of information categories has reached almost 25, including: Current account, Cards, Loans, Deposits, BT24, Responsible lending, Banking operations, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Livia the robot, Go Online, etc.

Most visits to Intreb BT came from Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi and Constanta, and the most sought-after information relates to loans, money transfers, Banca Transilvania branch hours, account IBAN and cards.

The platform was launched in 2014, is developed in-house at Banca Transilvania and is BT’s largest online financial education program. In 2017, nearly 1 million people made 3 million visits to Intreb BT.
