Banca Transilvania Receives Best Place to Work Certification in Romania

BT has received another employer recognition, this time at international level, through the Best Place to Work for in Romania certification. This is an international assessment program, run in more than 100 countries worldwide.

The certification is based on the results of an internal survey and a comprehensive evaluation of the bank against the following criteria: leadership, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, professional and personal development, teamwork and relationships within teams, BT’s involvement in the community, HR policies, and wellbeing - employees’ wellbeing. One of the most telling findings is this: 82% of survey respondents believe that Banca Transilvania is one of the best places to work.

As Banca Transilvania has grown as a business, so has our care for our employees. We aim to keep this as a core objective of how we build our business. Yes, we have colleagues at Banca Transilvania, not FTEs (full-time equivalents), and we do everything we can to offer them a dynamic experience focused on personal and professional development, encouraging them, on the one hand, to deliver sustained performance for our clients and, on the other, to learn from both their successes and their setbacks. Another objective for us is for both Banca Transilvania and our colleagues to have a positive impact in the community.

Ömer Tetik
CEO BT

Banca Transilvania is a dynamic environment that offers numerous challenges and opportunities, being,  also, fun and rewarding.
