BT Capital Partners, Romania’s largest retail broker and part of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group, co-managed and acted as listing agent for Globalworth’s EUR 550 million, five-year bond issue.

The coupon is 2.875% — equivalent yield of 3% — and the offering was 2.4 times oversubscribed.

BT Capital Partners will list the Globalworth bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Alongside BT Capital Partners, the syndicate also included Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities and UBS Limited as joint bookrunners, and Rand Merchant Bank as co-manager.
