Banca Transilvania is once again among the Top 100 Most Desired Employers in Romania (2022), compiled by Catalyst Solutions.

The ranking was compiled nationwide, based on almost 15,000 unaided responses to the question, Which are the top 5 companies you would like to work for? Respondents had backgrounds in business, social sciences, engineering and IT&C.

Banca Transilvania has more than 9,000 people on its team, with an average age of 37. BT supports its employees’ development by providing access to courses, webinars and e-learning. In 2021, participation reached record levels, at over 272,000. The bank also runs an internal survey twice a year, the BT Employee Experience Index, to measure its employer Net Promoter Score and the quality of interactions between managers and their teams, and to gather ideas that can increase employee satisfaction.

The key criteria in choosing an employer and Romanians’ professional goals
According to the study, the most important criteria when choosing an employer relate to job security, the work environment and the compensation package. As for Romanians’ professional goals this year, they include maintaining work–life balance, reaching a certain pay level, and a focus on development and career progression.
