Banca Transilvania continued its involvement this year as well in the Best Managed Companies Romania program, developed by Deloitte together with Salesforce and the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. The program recognizes entrepreneurial excellence based on an international methodology that assesses strategy; organizational culture and engagement; innovation and resources; as well as governance and financials.

Run annually in nearly 50 countries since 1993, Best Managed Companies also allows certified companies to reaffirm their status if they maintain or improve their performance in line with international standards.

A more mature entrepreneurial ecosystem generates long-term benefits for the entire economy: better-governed companies, more responsible investment, more stable jobs and a greater capacity to cope with economic change. Certified and recertified companies in 2026: local businesses with revenues of over EUR 25 million

More than 100 entrepreneurial companies entered this year’s edition, and 30 reached the main stage — the workshops and recertification interviews organized by Deloitte and the program’s partners. In total, the companies benefited from over 400 hours dedicated to sharing know-how and best practices.

Companies certified for the first time: Express Euroscan, LG Trans, Concelex, Adrem Energy Solutions, Grupul Oberhauser Invest, Niran Co. Products, ATP Motors RO, Maracana, Concrete & Design Solutions, Team Montage and Leviatan Group.

Recertified companies:

• For the second consecutive year: Agexim Transport & Logistics, Christian'76 Tour, IRUM and Temad Co
• For the third consecutive year: AROBS Transilvania Software, OSCAR Downstream, Bog’Art, Cemacon, RTC Proffice Experience, Safeway International Impex and Simtel Team

BT, a partner to the entrepreneurial ecosystem

Over 550,000 companies, from start-ups to large corporates, work with Banca Transilvania, benefiting from financing and digitalization solutions, specialist expertise and entrepreneurship education programs. The bank also supports sector-specific events and initiatives, such as Best Managed Companies Romania.
