A new edition of iXperiment, a start-up event for high school students in Romania, will take place on October 13 this year, in Bucharest. The start-up accelerator is an initiative supported by Banca Transilvania that connects the education system with the private sector. Its aim is to identify the most creative and innovative high school students who have a business idea and want to turn it into reality. The iXcaravan Bucharest schedule is as follows:

- 16:00 – 16:30 – Participant check-in

- 16:30 – 17:00 – iXperiment presentation

- 17:00 – 17:15 – Break (snacks, networking & fun)

- 17:15 – 19:50 – Speaker sessions (among the successful entrepreneurs speaking are Radu Georgescu – Founding Partner, GECAD Ventures, and Dragos Petrescu – President, City Grill Group)

- 19:50 – 20:00 – Certificates awarded to participants

Participants in previous editions of iXperiment came up with business ideas in a variety of fields, from education to IT. The winning start-up in each edition received a USD 5,000 scholarship for an acceleration program in the United States, Watson University. Young people who took part in the program had the chance to work with top entrepreneurs in Romania and abroad.
