Banca Transilvania has opened four Mortgage Centers in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, dedicated to advisory services and granting mortgage loans for buying a home.

At BT Mortgage Centers, the entire process — from the initial assessment and document preparation through to loan approval — is handled by a dedicated advisor. This approach ensures consistency, continuity and convenience for clients, who benefit from end-to-end support: assessment of their financial situation, cost analysis, determining the optimal down payment, online loan simulations and estimating the long-term financial impact.

The centers also serve Romanians living abroad who want to buy property in Romania, giving them easy access to advice and financing solutions.

BT Mortgage Centers have longer opening hours than the bank’s standard schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 19:00. For a faster experience, the bank recommends making an online appointment via the BT website.
