In 2018, the Intreb BT platform had over 1.26 million visitors, generating more than 1.7 million visits. BT’s largest online financial education program serves as an online information source, with answers to over 1,000 questions about banking, services and products.

Details:

• The Intreb BT website was visited every day in 2018 by almost 3,500 visitors.
• The five most searched-for topics were: the difference between a debit card and a credit card; the SWIFT code; ways to find your IBAN; the Credit Bureau; and BT’s opening hours.
• 11 topic categories were added, bringing over 400 new questions, +60% compared to 2017. In total, the platform covers almost 30 categories of information.
• Most visits to Intreb BT came from people in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi and Brasov. The top four positions mirror the 2017 ranking, while Brasov is a new entry.
• Most site visits are from mobile phones (over 60%), followed by desktop or laptop (over 30%), and tablets (2.5%).
• For the first time, the Intreb BT platform was used last year to launch an educational game with prizes, as well as for content that was less conventional, such as the Ocazii cu ZamBT and Raspunsurile Moşului categories.

The Intreb BT platform was launched in 2014. It is a unique project in Romanian banks’ communications, and its development is handled by the Banca Transilvania Financial Group team.
