Banca Transilvania was recognized for its initiatives focused on the personal and professional development of its team, receiving an award at the Prism Award, organized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF Romania) in Bucharest.
With the Prism Award, ICF Romania aims to recognize and promote organizations that uphold a coaching-based organizational culture to the highest standards.
Attending the event, Nevenca Doca, Senior Executive Director, Human Resources, said the following on being named Coaching Ambassador:
We are proud that at the first edition of these awards held in Romania, first place went to Banca Transilvania. Thank you for this recognition. At BT we have a high degree of stability among our managers, so most of them have benefited over the years from numerous and varied development programs. The next, natural step for us was to add other tools and development programs, including coaching as a personalized development method, tailored to each manager’s objectives and development needs. Colleagues who choose to use this opportunity select their coach themselves from a list provided by the BT Academy after a rigorous selection process.
Reflecting the bank’s focus on building a constructive organizational culture, where employees collaborate and are engaged in achieving objectives, BT’s 2023 theme was Year of the Colleague.
