Additional dividends and bond issues

BT will pay its shareholders additional dividends totaling RON 700 million, from retained earnings accumulated in prior years. At the same time, the bank will launch new bond issues of up to EUR 2 billion to support future growth plans.

BT Pensii has attracted 55,000 new participants this year, ranking first in the industry by new enrollments. The company recorded 9,000 new participants in September 2025, a record for Pillar III in the last 17 years.

Victoriabank has completed the acquisition of Microinvest

Victoriabank, part of Banca Transilvania Group, finalized in October the acquisition of Microinvest, the leader of the microfinance market in the Republic of Moldova.

Award for BT headquarters

The modern architecture of Banca Transilvania’s headquarters, in Cluj-Napoca, was honored at Romania’s most important industry competition, the National Architecture Biennale.
