- NeoBT Mobile and Web are no longer accessible. The recommendation for retail customers is to use BT Pay (Mobile and Web), and for business customers, BT Go (Mobile and Web).
- NeoBT Web is now BT Pay Web.
- Moving to the new applications means a simpler experience for customers and access to the same functionality.
Context:
This change is part of the BT migration plan announced in January 2025, through which BT Pay and BT Go are gradually replacing NeoBT and BT24. It is a step by the bank to simplify things for customers and to strengthen BT’s digital identity.
BT Pay Mobile and Web – for retail customers:
- BT Pay Mobile can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play Store, App Store and HUAWEI AppGallery.
- BT Pay Web is for customers who prefer to manage their money on a laptop or desktop. Neo Web users will be migrated automatically and will be able to access the new application using the same credentials. Starting November 24, 2025, BT Pay Web can be accessed from the bank’s website, in the Internet Banking section. Anyone who still goes to the former site is automatically redirected to BT Pay Web.
BT Go Mobile and Web – for businesses:
- BT Go Mobile is for customers who manage their company’s finances on their phone. The app can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play Store, App Store and HUAWEI AppGallery.
- Starting November 24, 2025, business customers can access the BT Go Web platform to manage their finances from a laptop or desktop. Those who still access the former NeoBT site are automatically redirected to the login page for the web applications.
Online security:
BT Pay and BT Go provide customers with a very high level of protection through secure authentication and continuous transaction monitoring.
The bank recommends that customers use devices with up-to-date operating systems, do not share their login information, and follow online security best practices.
BT does not request personal data or access details to banking applications through any channel, nor the installation of applications via links.
