BT’s figures show a steady rise in preference for the AI Search option among people looking for information on BT websites that offer this functionality.

The financial education platform Întreb BT is the first site within the Banca Transilvania Group to integrate artificial intelligence: BT announced in October 2023 the new feature, which is based on Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service and the GPT-4 Turbo model. AI Search streamlines interactions and makes the platform’s content more accessible, with a direct impact on financial education and inclusion.

• Over 200,000 people — unique visitors — used AI Search over eight months to look up information on Întreb BT about products, services and self-banking solutions.
• People who access Întreb BT ask, on average, three questions and spend almost three minutes on the site.
• The most sought-after information on Întreb BT via artificial intelligence concerns cards, accounts, BT Pay, BT24 and online payments.

Recently, the AI Search option has also been implemented on the Banca Transilvania, BT Pensii and FIT – Finanțe pe Înțelesul Tuturor websites.
