Banca Transilvania has nearly 50 locations dedicated to business advisory for clients, in 19 cities across the country. These premium locations offer customers a new kind of experience, as well as self-banking options.

BT Dialog branches:

• Can be found in the following cities: București, Cluj-Napoca, Constanța, Iași, Timișoara, Brașov, Sibiu, Oradea, Suceava, Craiova, Pitești, Târgu-Mureș, Ploiești, Galați, Baia Mare, Bacău, Alba Iulia, Arad and Fălticeni.
• Are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00, with a break from 13:00 to 13:30. Customers who wish can book online to visit the bank.
• Are cashless, with no teller counters; only certain cash transactions can be carried out, exclusively at BT Express Plus and at the ATM.

The NPS (Net Promoter Score) for BT Dialog branches is higher than the bank’s average in the first half of the year, at over 83%.

Banca Transilvania has over 500 locations in 180 towns and cities. These can be rated and reviewed online on the BT website/Branch network. 82% of BT customers use at least one digital banking app.
