BT Capital Partners, the investment banking and capital markets arm of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group, successfully arranged the secured corporate bond issue launched by Agroserv Măriuța (BVB: MILK), the company behind the Lăptăria cu Caimac brand.

Agroserv Măriuța thus raised EUR 3 million, and the offer ran from October 28–30, 2025. The private placement was offered to qualified investors and up to 149 retail investors, and was fully subscribed.

Against an increasingly complex market backdrop, this transaction shows that funding remains available to companies that stand out through the strength of their brand, the clarity of their strategy and a focus on giving investors added comfort. By structuring this issue as secured bonds, Agroserv Măriuța sent precisely this message to the market: seriousness, predictability and respect for investors’ trust — principles reflected in the success of the placement.

The new euro‑denominated bonds, issued under the symbol MILK28E, have a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, a fixed annual coupon of 9.5% and a three‑year maturity, to 2028.

The “cream‑on‑top” story of Agroserv Măriuța, a 100% Romanian company

• Agroserv Măriuța’s story began in 1994, thanks to owners Mădălina and Adrian Cocan, and to the fact that, where Ialomița and Călărași counties meet, Mădălina Cocan’s parents had a dairy farm — modern, backed by investment and with many hectares of land.
  
  
• The idea the business started from: to do more with the milk produced on the farm.
  
  
• It has become one of the few fully integrated agricultural companies in Romania, with activities in cultivating farmland, raising cattle and processing milk.
