June brought Banca Transilvania Group new milestones in business, digitalisation and the capital market. The Star program and the BT Go app crossed key thresholds, while BT Capital Partners reaffirmed its role as a central player in the development of the capital market, with a record number of new investors and by successfully arranging another stock exchange listing.
#Milestones Star, BT Go and BT Capital Partners
- The Star program hit two milestones: 800,000 Star credit cards and a growing network of 50,000 partner merchants, both in-store and online.
- BT Go passed the 600,000-company mark using the business and banking app, which now also includes Chat BT, the AI-powered virtual assistant.
- BT Capital Partners, the largest intermediary on Romania’s capital market:
- has recorded, since April 2026, a record number of new investors: over 15,000 trading accounts opened, 90% via BT Pay;
- successfully arranged the listing of Christian Tour – Christian ’76 Tour (BVB: TRIP) – on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, marking the debut of the first tour operator on the BVB’s Main Market.
- acted as M&A adviser, together with Oaklins Baltics, on a cross-border transaction in which Digmatix acquired Elian Solutions and its subsidiary Elian Development Systems.
