Given the current context, our main concern is everyone’s safety — Romanians, our customers and BT employees. We’re thinking about how we can best help keep people safe.    

For our customers, a few details: 

• At the entrance to our branches and agencies, hand sanitizer.
• We have put measures in place to avoid crowding in our locations and to ensure a safe distance between customers, and between customers and employees. In-branch, the distance between customers, and between customers and employees, must be 1.5 m, so we are allowing a maximum of 5 people in branches and agencies. 
• Update [April 13]: starting April 21 we will have a disinfection break, from 13:00 to 13:30.

If you don’t feel safe coming to the bank right now, that’s not a problem — we have self-banking alternatives:  

• BT Pay: balance, payments and transfers (download the app to your phone from Google Play or the App Store).
• BT24 Internet & Mobile Banking: payments, bill payment, money transfers, foreign exchange, etc. For customers who already have Internet Banking and want Mobile Banking as well, it can be activated in BT24 Internet Banking - Online Services.
• The chatbot Livia from BT, on Facebook Messenger: balance, IBAN, instalments, interest and fees, etc.
• The chatbot for entrepreneurs Raul from BT: IBAN, amounts due for the credit card, etc.
• BT Visual Help: card blocking, changing transaction limits, etc. 
                   

BT ATMs are operating normally, are replenished regularly, and maintenance is provided around the clock.
