Banca Transilvania has more than 10,000 Private Banking clients, and the assets they entrust to BT’s management now stand at 2 billion euros. One in three BT Private Banking clients is based in Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca.

The bank’s investments in technology are also benefiting Private Banking clients: BT has acquired one of the best wealth management solutions, which allows all holdings with the BT Group to be viewed in a single consolidated portfolio statement. In 2020, the solution will be enhanced gradually to become a comprehensive tool for managing investments.

Most BT Private Banking clients are in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, where the bank has two dedicated offices. Private Banking services are also available in other parts of the country, such as Constanța, Brașov, Timișoara and Oradea. Clients have personal bankers, tailored products, preferential rates, as well as Exclusive Phone Banking.

Banca Transilvania regularly measures Private Banking client satisfaction; a new survey is currently under way. According to the most recent figures, from 2018, 90% of respondents gave top marks to their experience with BT.
