We remain open, as before, to serve and support customers in our branches and agencies, in all the communities we are part of. To help us all get through this period, we are temporarily adjusting our hours, so the units open to customers are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Update [April 13]: from April 21 we will have a disinfection break from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. The BT Italia (Rome) branch is open from 8:30 AM to 1:15 PM, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You are always welcome to come in. However, for everyone’s protection, please come to the bank only for urgent transactions or those you cannot handle in another way.

Safety measures when visiting BT:

• Before you enter: if there are customers inside, please wait outside the branch/agency until one of them leaves
• When you enter: use the hand sanitizer available at the entrance
• After you enter: keep a distance of 1.5 m from other customers and from our colleagues

Banking without visiting the branch

A reminder that you have no fewer than 10 self-banking options with BT for payments, money transfers, bill payments, foreign exchange, checking transactions, card management, cash deposits, etc.: the BT Pay wallet, Apple Pay, BT Visual Help; the BT Pay keyboard/extension, Garmin Pay, Fitbit Pay, BT24 Mobile Banking and Internet Banking; the chatbots Livia and Raul, and at ATMs. We also recommend paying contactless when shopping, using your card, phone or other payment accessories (bracelet, watch, etc.); it is safer in every respect.
