BT’s network has returned to normal hours across the country. The bank continues to encourage the use of online banking alternatives and visiting a branch only for urgent transactions or if absolutely necessary, while observing safety measures.

Branch and agency opening hours:  

• Monday to Friday: 9:00–17:00 (agencies) and 9:00–17:30 (branches). Premises located in shopping malls follow the host location’s schedule.
• A cleaning break for disinfection is observed Monday to Friday, 13:00–13:30.
• Details of the bank’s network — address, contact details and hours — are available on the BT website.
• The BT Italy Branch is also back to normal hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30–16:30.

We are maintaining safety measures for customers visiting our branches:

• In branches and agencies, the number of customers present must be equal to the number of BT employees;
• When entering BT, both wearing a mask and disinfecting hands are mandatory; the distance between customers, and between customers and employees, must be at least 2 m;
• Bank employees wear masks to protect themselves and others.
