BT Pay take care not to forget: you receive two automatic notifications – one with 30 days before expiration and another with 7 days before. You have time to prepare and renew the policy without stress.
If you have not received the policy by e-mail within 30 minutes, you can use the option “Policy reissue” from BT Pay. The document arrives immediately, without having to wait anymore.
