    Since when will I no longer be able to use NeoBT and BT24?

    From 24 November 2025, access to the Neo BT platform will be restricted, it being replaced by BT Pay Web. Access to BT24 will be gradually restricted on 2, 3, and 4 December. After these dates, the BT Pay application will be the only option for internet and mobile banking for individuals.

    How can I access my accounts on desktop/computer starting with November 24, when access to BT24/NeoBT Web will be blocked?

    Starting from November 24, 2025, your accounts will be accessible through the new web platform: BT Pay Web.

    How can I log in to BT Pay Web if I have a token?

    BT Pay Web is not provided with a login and authorization method via TOKEN, it can only be used by authenticating with SMS OTP received on the phone number declared in the relationship with the bank. Please visit any BT unit, where colleagues will help you modify the authentication method.

    How can BT Pay Web be accessed?

    BT Pay Web will be accessible starting from November 24, 2025 as follows:

    - From the Banca Transilvania website, the Internet Banking section

    - URL direct: btpay.bancatransilvania.ro

    - If you previously owned Neo Web and access the link for it starting from November 24, you will be automatically redirected to BT Pay Web

    What credentials can I use to log into BT Pay Web?

    If you are part of the batch of clients notified on September 22, 2025, regarding the closure of BT24/Neo BT starting November 24, 2025, depending on the applications you previously held and your activity in them, you can log into BT Pay Web using the following credentials:

    - You only held Neo BT: Neo BT credentials

    - You have held only BT24: BT24 credentials

    - You owned BT24&Neo BT and you used both platforms: Neo BT credentials

    - You owned BT24&Neo and you were active only in Neo: Neo BT credentials

    - You held BT24&Neo and were active only in BT24: BT24 credentials

    How can I proceed if I no longer remember the password for BT24/Neo BT?

    If you previously held BT24, the password reset can be requested at any BT branch.

    If you previously held Neo BT, you can request password reset directly from BT Pay Web, by clicking the “I forgot my password” button and following the necessary identification steps. The password reset can also be requested at any BT branch.

    How can I activate a version of BT Pay for desktop/computer, if I have not previously owned a web version?

    Starting from 24 November 2025, BT Pay Web will become the only web platform available to individuals. If you want to activate it, we are waiting for you at any BT unit.

    How can I delete the rights of an authorized person from BT Pay mobile and web?

    For BT Pay Mobile:

    You access the main menu from the left side of the application, enter "Profile and account settings," then "Manage authorized representatives," select the authorized representative, and deactivate the rights in BT Pay by unchecking the "Access in BT Pay" option.

    Attention: Deleting the rights for the authorized representative according to the steps described above will be done only from BT Pay mobile. If the authorized representative also has rights on the Web, you must request the deletion of these rights in any BT branch.

    For BT Pay Web:

    Deleting rights for the proxy can only be done from the BT unit.

     

    What happens to the scheduled payments that I had set in BT24?

    Scheduled payments set in BT24 will not be transferred to BT Pay. To recreate these scheduled payments in BT Pay, you can follow the steps below:

    Through the BT Pay mobile application:

    • You access the menu Accounts from the application.
    • SelectNew payment and enter the beneficiary's details (IBAN and name).
    • You enter the amount and choose the desired recurrence: one time only, weekly, monthly, or biweekly.
    • You add a description and confirm the payment.
    • Recurring payment will appear in the menu Accounts → Recurring Payments.


    Through the BT Pay Web platform:

    • Select the area of Payments
    • Initiate a new payment
    • Select the desired recurrence
    • Do you finalize the operation

    I forgot my NeoBT/BT24 ID/password and I cannot activate BT Go. What do I do?

    Stay calm, it happens!
    We have several simple solutions through which you can recover your access:

    For NeoBT:

    1. Access Ino for NEO and follow the indicated steps.
    2. Check the document from the email or the physical one, received at the service activation – there you will find the login ID.
    3. Visit any BT unit with a valid identity document.
    4. Call us at 0264 303 333 and we will gladly help you.

    For BT24:

    1. If you no longer know the login ID, you can check it in the BT24 application (go to Home -> Quick Options -> My BT24 access ID) or in the document from the email or the document received when activating the service – it does not change.
    2. If you forgot the password, enter here and follow the BT Go password reset steps
    3. Visit any BT unit with a valid identity document.
    4. Call us at 0264 303 333 and we will gladly help you.


    Important: We are in the middle of the migration process towards BT Go, so we recommend that you recover your credentials as soon as possible, to avoid interruptions in your daily activity.

    What can I do in BT Go?

    In addition to the standard operations you perform from the app – payments, currency exchange, transaction viewing – we have also added business functionalities such as:

    • You issue, pay and receive invoices that are sent automatically to ANAF.
    • Automatic (self-reconciliation) matching of incoming payments and invoices issued and received.
    • You issue business cards for yourself or your company employees.
    • You have access to complete information about loans and can generate repayment charts.
    • You generate daily or monthly account statements for each account and you have the possibility to download monthly statements in bulk for all accounts.
    • All invoices and associated bank transactions are automatically recorded in the SAGA accounting software.
    • You sell, buy and view investments from BTAM.
    Since when will I no longer be able to use the BT24/NeoBT application?

    The process through which BT24/NeoBT usage will be discontinued is a phased one, don't worry, you will be notified in advance regarding this aspect, meanwhile we recommend you to download the app/ start using it to familiarize yourself with all its functionalities.

    How do I activate BT Go if I am a BT24/NeoBT user?

    To access BT Go you need the ID and the password that you currently use in BT24/NeoBT.

    If you change your access password in BT24, you will be able to use the new password also in BT Go, or vice versa.

    How long in advance will I know that I no longer have access to BT24/NeoBT?

    30 days before access to BT24/NeoBT is interrupted, you will receive the first notification. During the entire period until access is closed, you will receive recurring notifications regarding migration.

    What do I do if I forgot the BT24 password after I no longer have access to the application?

    In case you forgot your BT24 credentials and cannot log in to BT Go, you have several options to resolve the situation: If you no longer know the login ID, you can check the document in the email or the document received when activating the service – this does not change. If you know the login ID but forgot the password, request a new password at any BT branch.

    I did not receive the notification on mobile for logging into BT Go on the web. What can I do?

    Check the internet connection and mobile network signal. If these are within optimal parameters, please restart the login process.

    Do I have to come to the branch to switch from BT24 to BT Go?

    No, you can do everything online. See the activation steps here: https://go.bancatransilvania.ro/activation

    How do I activate BT Go if I am not a BT24/NeoBT user?

    The data needed for access to the BT Go application are: the ID and the login password received upon activating the Internet Banking option. If you have not activated the Internet Banking option for your company account, we are waiting for you at any BT branch.

    To activate BT Go on the web you need Google Chrome (min. version 68) and a smartphone.

    The steps you need to follow are:

    1. Enter the login ID and password you received by email when opening the account
    2. Generate the QR code (the QR code is generated automatically and scanned after downloading the app)
    3. Download the BT Go application (from the App Store – if you have iOS or from Google Play/Play Store – if you have Android)
    4. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone by pressing the „Scan QR code” button
    5. You choose a new password
    6. Enter the received security code
    7. Browse the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions"
    8. After displaying the success message both on the mobile application and on the web platform, you can set your authentication method in the application (touch/face ID) depending on the biometrics of the phone you are using.

    For each login on the web platform you will need the activated app on your mobile phone. To activate the BT Go app using only the smartphone, you need to follow the following steps:

    1. Download the BT Go app from the App Store if you have iOS or from Google Play/Play Store if you have Android
    2. Enter the login ID and password you received by email when opening the account
    3. Enter the received security code
    4. Browse the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions"
    5. Set the PIN code
    6. After displaying the success message, you can set your authentication method in the app (touch/face ID), depending on the biometrics of the phone you use
