Good experiences keep us together

Banca Transilvania launches the project „Good experiences keep us together”, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Education and Employment Program 2021-2027 (EEP). The project aims to Improve the quality of the education and vocational training offer to ensure the equity of the system and a better adaptation to the labor market dynamics and the challenges of innovation and technological progress.

We want to be actively involved in improving the quality, inclusive nature, effectiveness, and relevance of education and training systems for the labor market, including through the validation of non-formal and informal learning, to support the acquisition of key competencies, including entrepreneurship and digital skills, as well as by promoting the introduction of dual training systems and apprenticeship systems (ESF+).

The implementation period of the project is December 1, 2024 – November 30, 2026.

The total value of the project is 4,927,283.60 RON, and the value of the EU co-financing is 4,680,917.62 RON.

Our main objective is to train 400 young people, who will grow and develop alongside us, and maybe you can be one of them. Among other things, you can learn different insights from the world human of banking:

You will have the opportunity to develop your entrepreneurial skills and learn about important topics such as environmental protection, green energy, and the circular economy. With this know-how you will be better prepared for a successful career, whether you want to start your own business or work in an environmentally conscious company.
You will have the opportunity to participate in internships held by Banca Transilvania, where you will learn concrete things about your field of study and you will develop the knowledge you already have, but at another level.
Because you stay motivated throughout the internships, you will receive participation allowances and various professional competitions
If you successfully complete the internship, you will obtain a recognized qualification, which will represent an important advantage in your CV
We are constantly connected to the needs of the labor market to understand which skills are sought after. This information is used to improve the educational programs that you can enjoy.

How can you be part of our story?

You are aged between 18 and 35 years at the date of commissioning;
You must be enrolled in an accredited higher education institution (public or private) in an ISCED 6-8 level program;
You must have legal residence in Romania in one of the less developed regions - Center, South-East, South-Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, North-East, North-West, West;
You must not have been registered in the target group of another project co-financed through PEO 2021-2027.

How will the project take place?

The internships will last 90 hours, divided over 15 working days and will take place within the branches and agencies of Banca Transilvania. The duration of the internships will be adapted according to the curriculum of each partner university.

You will develop both personally and professionally, through a special course created to improve your entrepreneurial skills. You will learn about super important topics, such as environmental protection, climate change, and the circular economy. Then, you will have practical experience directly at Transilvania Bank, one of the largest banks in Romania.

In addition, at the end of the internship you also receive a net allowance of 540 lei (the amount may vary depending on the number of internship hours provided in the curriculum of each partner university) and you have the chance to win prizes of 2,000 lei (gross) in a professional competition.

The project is aligned with the European Union priorities regarding implementation European Pillar of Social Rights which aims to develop a more equitable and inclusive Union. In addition, they seek to improve the quality and relevance of education for the labor market, promote digital and entrepreneurial skills, and integrate dual training programs.

Through these programs, we want to affirm our commitment to the education of new generations, to their professional development and to maintaining a sustainable business environment in Romania.
