Here are the 3 steps to follow to alert us that you have received from BT a message that was not meant for you:
- enter the email address where you received the message that was not for you
- we will send to the entered email a code that you will need to complete, so that we validate that the address belongs to you
- after validating the e-mail address, give us some details, so that we can identify and remedy the situation
