To send a complaint regarding an SMS that was not addressed to you, you only need to follow 3 steps:
- enter the phone number on which you received the message that was not for you
- we will send you a code on the entered number which you will need to complete in order to validate that it belongs to you
- after validating the phone number, please give us a few more details, so we can identify and resolve the situation
