Practice and training for professionals with value

Practice and training for professionals with value is a project co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Education and Employment Program 2021-2027 (PEO), Policy Objective: 4 "A more social and inclusive Europe, through the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights", Priority: P08 "Increasing accessibility, attractiveness, and quality of vocational and technical education", Specific Objective: ESO4.5 "Improving the quality, inclusiveness, effectiveness, and relevance of education and training systems for the labor market, including through the validation of non-formal and informal learning, to support the acquisition of key competences, including entrepreneurship and digital skills, as well as through promoting the introduction of dual training systems and apprenticeship systems (ESF+).

The project implementation period is December 1, 2024 – November 30, 2027.

The total value of the project is 2,451,935.40 RON, and the value of the EU co-financing is 2,341,464.36 RON.

The objective of the project is to increase relevance of the professional training of 268 students by organizing 444 internships at the employer. Among other things, you can find different insights from the world human of banking:

Improving the relevance of professional training for a number of 268 students, through participation in practical training internships at economic agents and for occupations related to their field of training.
Developing the level of motivation and involvement in learning activities at the workplace through innovation and creativity, for a number of 268 interns, by granting participation allowances for internships and organizing professional competitions, concluded with prizes.
Raising awareness regarding the correlation between training needs and labor market needs, through the creation of a coordinated information system in both directions: from companies to the network of educational institutions as well as from educational institutions to companies.
Improving the qualification level for a number of 243 participants in internships, by participating in professional qualification certification exams and obtaining the professional competence certificate.

How can you be part of our story?

You are aged between 18 and 29 years at the date of commencement of operation;
You must be enrolled in a professional and technical education unit including dual, at a school unit in the national education system member of the partnership implementing the project, respectively students at the Economic College "Costin C. Kirițescu"
You must have legal residence in Romania in the developed region Bucharest-Ilfov (Bucharest Municipality, Ilfov County);
You must not have been registered in the target group of another project co-financed through PEO 2021-2027.

How will the project take place?

Stagiile of practicală will have a duration of:

11th grade – 120 hours (6 hours/day, 20 days/year schoolboy)

12th grade – 150 hours (6 hours/day, 25 days/school year)

Each student enrolled in the project who will complete the internship will benefit from a gross allowance in the amount of 720 lei (11th grade) and 900 lei (12th grade).

In addition, students will have the opportunity to participate in a professional competition, during which they will be able to win awards in the amount of 300 of lei (net) each.

The project is aligned with the European Union priorities regarding implementation European Pillar of Social Rights which aims to develop a more equitable and inclusive Union. In addition, they seek to improve the quality and relevance of education for the labor market, promote digital and entrepreneurial skills, and integrate dual training programs.
