BT processes your personal data captured through automated video means (mainly images) for the purpose of monitoring the security of persons, spaces and/or bank property or those of visitors to its units or equipment, based on its legal obligations or, as the case may be, its legitimate interest.
Personal data recorded may be communicated to institutions and authorities entitled to receive them and to BT's contractual partners, only for legitimate purposes and based on legal grounds.
The data will be kept in the BT records for a period of up to 30 days, which can be extended only in situations expressly regulated by law or in well-justified cases. Upon expiration of the storage period, the data will be deleted.
Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
According to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), regarding the processing of personal data you have the right to be informed (the information we provide you through this text) and you can exercise the following rights:
- right of access;
- the right to rectification;
- the right to data deletion;
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to portability;
- the right to opposition;
- the right to address ANSPDCP and the justice system.
For exercising these rights, you can send a written, dated and signed request to the BT headquarters or to the bank's address in Cluj-Napoca municipality, Calea Dorobanților street, no. 30-36, Cluj county, with the mention "attention to the person responsible for personal data protection" or an email to the electronic mail address of the BT data protection officerdpo@btrl.ro.
