BT processes your personal data captured by automated video means (mainly the image), for the purpose of monitoring the security of persons, the premises and/or the bank's or visitors' assets of its units or equipment, based on its legal obligations or, where appropriate, its legitimate interest.
Personal data recorded may be communicated to institutions and authorities entitled to receive them and to BT's contractual partners, only for legitimate purposes and based on legal grounds.
The data will be kept in BT's records for a period of up to 30 days, which can be extended only in situations expressly regulated by law or in duly justified cases. Upon expiration of the retention period, the data will be deleted.
Your data will not be transferred to third countries or to international organizations.
According to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), regarding the processing of personal data you benefit from the right to be informed (information which we provide you through this text) and you can exercise the following rights:
- right of access;
- the right of rectification;
- the right to data deletion;
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to portability;
- the right to opposition;
- the right to address the ANSPDCP and the judiciary.
For exercising these rights, you can send a written, dated and signed request to the BT headquarters or to the bank's address in Cluj-Napoca city, Calea Dorobanților Street, no. 30-36, Cluj County, with the mention "to the attention of the person responsible for personal data protection" or an email to the electronic mail address of the BT data protection officerdpo@btrl.ro.
