Since when will I no longer be able to use NeoBT and BT24?
From November 24, 2025, access to the Neo BT platform will be restricted, it being replaced by BT Pay Web. Access to BT24 will be gradually restricted on December 2, 3, and 4. After these dates, the BT Pay application will be the only option for internet and mobile banking, for individuals.
How can I access my accounts on desktop/computer starting November 24, when access to BT24/NeoBT Web will be blocked?
Starting from November 24, 2025, your accounts will be accessible through the new web platform: BT Pay Web.
How can I log in to BT Pay Web if I have a token?
BT Pay Web is not provided with a login and authorization method through TOKEN, it can only be used through authentication with SMS OTP received on the phone number declared in the relationship with the bank. Please present yourself at any BT unit, where colleagues will help you with changing the authentication method.
How can BT Pay Web be accessed?
BT Pay Web can be accessed starting November 24, 2025 as follows:
- From the Banca Transilvania website, the Internet Banking section
- URL direct: btpay.bancatransilvania.ro
- If you previously owned Neo Web and access the link for it starting on November 24, you will be automatically redirected to BT Pay Web
- If you previously owned BT24 Web and access the link for it, after entering your login details you will be informed that the BT24 platform is no longer available, and when accessing the "Access BT Pay" button you will be automatically redirected to BT Pay Web.
What credentials can I use to log into BT Pay Web?
If you are part of the client batch notified on September 22, 2025, regarding the closure of BT24/Neo BT starting November 24, 2025, depending on the applications you previously held and your activity in them, you can log into BT Pay Web using the following credentials:
- You only held Neo BT: Neo BT credentials
- You only held BT24: BT24 credentials
- You have held BT24&Neo BT and have used both platforms: Neo BT credentials
- You owned BT24&Neo and you were active only in Neo: Neo BT credentials
- You owned BT24&Neo and you were active only in BT24: BT24 credentials
How can I proceed if I no longer remember the password for BT24/Neo BT?
If you previously held BT24, the password reset can be requested at any BT unit.
If you previously held Neo BT, you can request a password reset directly from BT Pay Web by clicking the “I forgot my password” button and following the necessary steps for identification. The password reset can also be requested at any BT branch.
How can I activate a version of BT Pay for desktop/computer, if I have not previously had a web version?
Starting from November 24, 2025, BT Pay Web will become the only web platform available to individuals. If you wish to activate it, we are waiting for you at any BT branch.
How can I delete the rights of an authorized person from BT Pay mobile and web?
For BT Pay Mobile:
You access from the left side of the application the main menu, enter "Profile and account settings", then "Manage authorized representatives", select the authorized representative and deactivate the rights in BT Pay by unchecking the option "Access in BT Pay".
Attention: Deleting the rights for the authorized person according to the steps described above will be done only from BT Pay mobile. If the authorized person has rights on the Web as well, you must request the deletion of these rights at any BT branch.
For BT Pay Web:
Deleting rights for the authorized representative can only be done from the BT unit.
What happens to the scheduled payments I had set up in BT24?
Scheduled payments set in BT24 will not be transferred to BT Pay. To recreate these scheduled payments in BT Pay, you can follow the steps below:
Through the BT Pay mobile app:
- You access the menu Accounts from application.
- Select New Payment and enter the beneficiary's details (IBAN and name).
- Enter the amount and choose the desired recurrence: one time only, weekly, monthly, or biweekly.
- You add a description and confirm the payment.
- Recurring payment will appear in the menu Accounts → Recurring Payments.
Through the BT Pay Web platform:
- Select the area of Payments
- Initiate a new payment
- Select the desired recurrence
- Do you finish the operation

From when will I no longer be able to use BT Ultra?
Access to BT Ultra will be closed 30 days after the official notification is sent.
Until then, we recommend checking your access to BT Go in advance and resolving any authentication or permission changes.
What do I do if I have more questions about migration?

I've never used BT Go. What should I do?
Access BT Go before or after you receive the BT Ultra closure notification and check if you can log in. If you encounter difficulties, contact the bank as soon as possible, without waiting for the BT Ultra closure date to approach.
What can I do in BT Go?
Besides the standard operations you perform from the app – payments, currency exchange, transaction viewing – we have also added business functionalities such as:
- You issue, pay and receive invoices that are sent automatically to ANAF.
- Automatic (self-reconciliation) matching of collections and payments with issued and received invoices.
- You issue business cards for yourself or your company employees.
- You have access to complete information about loans and can generate repayment charts.
- You generate daily or monthly account statements for each account and you have the possibility to download the monthly statements in bulk for all accounts.
- All invoices and associated bank transactions are automatically recorded in the SAGA accounting software.
- You sell, buy and view investments from BTAM.
I already have BT Go. What should I do?
Nothing, the process takes place automatically in this case. Check in advance that you can log in to BT Go, that you see the company you have access to, and that you can use all the features necessary for your activity.
What happens to my users and rights in BT Ultra after migration?
We will validate together with you the users who need access to BT Go after migration.
Permissions will be reviewed and configured in BT Go according to the approvals provided.
I don't remember my BT Go username. What should I do?
Contact your Relationship Manager or support service to verify your access details and get assistance with recovering them.
I enter the correct password, but I can't log into BT Go. What should I do?
Try again after a few minutes, check your device and internet connection. If the problem persists, contact support.
Do I have to go to the bank to migrate from BT Ultra to BT Go?
Depending on the situation, some steps can be completed remotely. If additional steps are required, we will let you know.
